About Project

Our project will use the Programme as an opportunity to initiate activities that will address the musical dimensions of cultural policy of Istanbul and action and as a capacity building process to develop consciousness and mutual understanding with EU counterparts. Music, as a universal phenomenon to gather people around will be the tool in our Project and will be used as a resource for drawing the attention target groups.
